I help pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations turn complex biological data into actionable scientific insight through bioinformatics, multi-omics analytics, cloud-native scientific workflows, and (increasingly) AI-enabled research tooling.

Over the past decade I have worked across academic research, an early-stage biotech startup, and global pharma consulting; designing NGS pipelines, leading biomarker and target-discovery programs, building cloud-based scientific platforms, and assessing digital maturity inside pharma R&D labs. My published work spans transcriptomics, epigenomics, comparative genomics, and systems-biology modeling.

My work focuses on bridging biology, data, and technology, by translating scientific questions into reproducible computational analyses and scalable research platforms. I am particularly interested in, where multi-omics, workflow automation, and AI-assisted analysis meet, and in helping research organizations ship reproducible, scalable science.
